Ramesh C. Upadhyay

Ramesh C. Upadhyay is founder of MTH and successfully leading the company as Director. By profession he is a Civil Engineer with a Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His 24+ years’ experience of Quantity Surveying, Cost Management & Project Management for South Asia and Middle East, has involved the pre-contract & post-contract sides of the construction industry, in public and private sectors.
Ramesh began his career as a quantity surveyor with a contractor and then moved to the tender estimation and contracts division for building and infrastructure projects.
He has worked in the consultancy side of the Industry for an outsource quantity surveying company providing the QS services for Laing O’Rourke’s UK & Middle East regions, including secondment in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi.
He provided his services to DLF Ltd (India’s leading real estate company). Later Ramesh joined Currie & Brown as a Cost Manager with responsibility for multiple projects in Northern India and Bangladesh and thereafter was promoted as an Associate Director for their Cost Consultancy business in Northern India and successfully led Currie & Brown for a period of 4 years.
