MTH having its “Measurement Centre”, which provides quantity take-off services for our clients for INDIA, QATAR, JORDAN, OMAN, UAE, KSA, AFRICA,UK and AUSTRALIA regions. We provide our QS service for all the modules whether it is for Cost Plan, Tender, Construction or Post- Contract stage such as Tender measurement or Re-measure, Re-measurement of as-built drawings, Variations etc.
Our Quantity take-off services are but NOT limited to :
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities from inception to commissioning of the project, which includes various stages i.e. concept, schematic, design, tendering, construction and closure of the project.
- Validation of tender Bill of Quantities.
- Find out missing items.
- Review the tender document and raised the technical queries.
- Provide quantity break-up for composite LS ‘items’.
- Incorporate the tender addendums.
- Preparation of 'Add' or 'Omit' bill.
- Quantity Surveying through BIM.
- Quantity take-off and preparation of bill of quantities.
- Preparation of quantity variation (IFT vs IFC).
- As-Built Bill of Quantities for final Account settlement.
- Assist the client in tender process.
